If you're encountering one of the error messages above, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve your MinecraftLauncher.exe issue. These troubleshooting steps must be performed in the correct order.

If the first two steps don't resolve your problem it might be worth trying Windows Update. Many MinecraftLauncher.exe error messages that are encountered can be contributed to an outdated Windows Operating System. To install Windows Update, please follow these steps:
